Phone Conferences

Phone conferences are done on the main OrgSpring phone line. Simply dial into the main line (412-475-9175) and press the extension for your contact. Conferences dealing with website support can be reached via extension #2.

 

Video Conferences

Video conferences are conducted using Zoom video conferences. It is a service similar to, GoToMeeting, but it is more full-featured and easier to access. You can access our private video meeting room with this link: orgspring.com/online-meeting.

In most cases this information will also be listed inside the calendar invite you receive from us when booking an appointment, but that can dependent on the type of calendar program you use. To be sure, remember to visit the link listed above to join the correct meeting at the correct time.

We prefer using Zoom because they are compatible with all modern web platforms including Mac, Windows, and most mobile devices including iPhones, iPad, Android phones and tablets, and Windows 8 and Windows RT tablets.

Zoom also lets us screen record up to 25 people at once, in HD. This is handy for our video casts and podcasts. For training purposes, it also allows us to record support calls and to provide video feedback for further study.

For those unfamiliar with Zoom, audio is integrated directly into the video, which means all you need to access the meeting is your computer or mobile device. If you do not have either a microphone or speakers attached to your computer, or if you do not want to use your computer for the audio portion of the conference, Zoom also provides a call bridge for you to access the audio.

If you’d like to use a service other than the one specified, you can send a note to us as a reply to the confirmation email and we can arrange to use a different video service provider that better fits your needs. We also maintain accounts with GoToMeeting, Skype for 1 on 1 meetings, and Google Hangouts which can accommodate your team up to 15 people. We would be happy to conduct video meetings in those forums as well.
